The EXE hash has remained stable since the November 2019 release. If your downloaded file is significantly larger than 36 KB, it may have been repackaged by a third party. The official TinyTask executable is exactly 36,352 bytes.

Antivirus False-Positive Clarification
TinyTask hooks into keyboard and mouse input at the system level because that is how it records macros. This behavior triggers heuristic alerts in some antivirus scanners. These are behavioral false positives, not evidence of malware.
At 36 KB, there is physically not enough code to hide malicious payloads. The entire binary is smaller than most image files. If your antivirus quarantines the file, add an exception for TinyTask.exe in your security software settings.

On Windows 10 and Windows 11, you may see a SmartScreen warning the first time you run TinyTask because the executable is not digitally signed with a paid code-signing certificate. This is common for small freeware utilities.
To proceed: click More info in the SmartScreen dialog, then click Run anyway. Windows remembers your choice, so this prompt typically appears only once.
